I just got my 3rd AP approved yesterday. I applied on May 16th 2003. Still waiting for 485 AD though!! Hopefully, that's my new year gift

my Ap was approved on 12/19/03, RD 5/13/03.
But I did not recieve in mail yet, have you?
 
i haven't received it...the online system says I was approved on dec 30th 2003..so i will give 2 weeks b4 bugging anyone...my lawyer usually gets this..so i have to check with her today...i will send a message once i received it..rather if i received it :)

All, If it has taken 6 Months to get AP approved, How long is the new AP valid now?? Is it from 30 Dec 2003 for one year...???

Who gets AP approval notice?

The lawyer or the applicant or both?

I filed AP for me and my wife and both have been approved. It has already been 7 days..We have not received anything yet..

Can anyone clarify please?

Mine was approved on 22nd Dec 2003 and it is valid till 11th Dec 2004

AP ND was 11th May 2003

That is a problem then..

I filed AP by myself and attorney was not involved at all..In fact I have changed my employer and attorney works for old employer..

What are the ways to get copies of AP notices?
 
If you did not go thru the attorney, u'd get the AP notices...if not, the attorney..My attorney applied for my AP, so the attorney will get it..I applied for my wife, so hopefully, I will get the approval notices...

That's some relief...

I should get the AP notices since I filed those without the help of Attorney...

Hope you will recive it. For safer side, request your previous lawyer also, we never know.
