it happened to me for my advance parole. received approval email and i was waiting for the notice in the mail. Never received and after 2 weeks, my online msg went back to received your application. i called, they can see the status as approval and also as received, so they are not sure.

If you never had a H1 stamp in your passport, then you should have one to re-enter from Canada or anyother country. If you have an expired H1 stamp and if you visited less than 30 days, then you can return back.

I had my interview on Dec 3rd. Officer told me will take 30days to process. I passed 30days. So still waiting. I made an info pass appointment for Jan 19th to go and check what happened.

i received the letter somewhere on Oct 23rd. Online msg didnt change. But I did my 2nd FP on Oct 6, so msg changed on Oct 13, FP results received.

Transfered on Sept 6, 2004 Received interview letter end of Oct.
