well interview was at 8.00 and 8.30 for my wife.
we were there by 7 :45 am.
Lawyer arrived at 8:00.
We waited and waited and waited and then lawyer got up to enquire. Was told he is busy with another interview.
The she lawyer checked again in another 20 minutes was told that officer was reviwing the case.
We waited for another 45 minutes and then lawyer checked again and this time was told officer was still reviwing the case. I was getting nervous as what was there to review so much.
Than officer came out , I thought now he will call us instead he said wait , I am still reviwing your case. This time attorney got mad and told him , I have other cases to attend it is laready 2 hrs past. Somehow the officer said ok you come in and in the meantime officer went to some documenmts he wanted.
we were finger printed ( rt index finger only) and then the oath.
were told to sit and wait till attorney got there/.
My lil child was told to be completly quite and the poor kid was so quite and everything was so quite ,he fell asleep.
My officer despite the first skirmish with the attorney was very ok with me and was very nice.
He politely explained ,I am sorry you had to wait but I have to do my homework. I told him I understood completely and that he should do his work. Didnt want to offend him on account of My lawyers behaviour, which however right started things off on a bad foot.
Anyways he generally asked me if I was living at the same address and I said no ,which prompted him to say , why I havnt /hadnt changed my address.
Which was really surprising as I had changed my address and USCis also sent me AR11 forms just before my transfer , which I thought was the reason of transfer. Anyways I filled in the change of address formand then my lawyer came in.
Now genral questions to both me and my wife. Question which are on the 485.
asked me for my tax returns /evl/paystubs/employers financials/.
Said he wanted to see me my marriage certificate in original as the copy he had was in english. I told him Thats was the only one ,which we got from the court. said ok....
wanted some documents and asked me to mail them to him.
I went and got them and returned them to him the same day. asked him are you going to stamp my passports. He had till now not said said that you have been approved.
Told me he has to runa back ground check and asked me to get wifes Fps done.
which we got done the next day .and since then I havnt heard from them. No approval letter.
nothing yet.so here we are in mid air .dont even know whether we are approved or not.
That was it. I hope it helps.
A list of docs I carried is another post. I will find that link and post it later.

Thank you for your response.
