I am in the same boat. I think it is ridiculous to ask us to provide the approved I140 while they approved it and have it somewhere. Aren't they have any logic reasoning!

Mine approved on 5/1/03, received on 5/17/03.

Wow. Wish the next lucky one is me! Yet, I know it will never happen to me. I always have bad luck with INS. 7 months to get my first H1, 5 months to get H1 transfer and H1 extension has been waiting for over 7 months and no sign they have touched it yet. INS sucks, what else can we say!

I-485 WAC0303251XXX has received an RFE I just scanned the 485 cases on 03032, and surprisingly encough, found one case status has been changed to RFE sent! The RFE was issued on April 4th. Unfortuantely, that is not my case.

Checked today and found out my spouse got an RFE for EAD on May 2nd. Don't know what is inside. So strange they would issue for spouse's EAD. What could this be? marrige certificate? I believed the lawyer included that in the file. Crazy CSC!

Why is there so fewer cases on this date? I remember someone said there should be 300-500 485 cases each working date. Just curious.

It is a long wait. At last it is approved. I am the primary applicant, my EAD was approved yesterday, website message updated today. My spouse's EAD hasn't been approved yet. Don't know whether this is normal.

JIT says they are working on 9/9/02, just wonder whether there is any change on EAD side recently.

mine not approved either! My AP receipt date is 11-9-02, hasn't got approved (my 140 has been approved) My friend with a receipt date of 11-25-02 has been approved. Don't understand how they process cases.

Got Renewed Driver's license. The attorney contacted some person in local INS who in turn contacted some one in MVD and gave the authorization for renewal of my driver's license. Thank God I got it at last. Much relieved.
