3) W-2 for 2001 and 2002

Filed: 3/22/2002

csguy,

Can you give us some background info on your self? Like are you a computer engineer, what kind of company (big/small/medium), EB? etc.

Thanks!

stain I hear ya .. I cannot comprehend it, but I still feel happy for this dude.

BTW Stain, I see a certain slowdown in scanner activity, this is worrying me.

140, if the RFE is for paystubs, chances are this is a regular EB case.

I'm wondering if scanner activity can be used to create a valid case in front of senators or whoever, asking for some justice in this process.

What is the size of your company

Does the Size of the company, Financial position or Layoffs in the company are the main factors for the RFE's for EVL, W2's.

It will be nice to see some relevance.

I know it is CSC !!!! they may or may not have a basis to issue rfes

gc-Wait, I seriously doubt that. That is a freak/figment case, there are so many pending cases even in september 01, it's not even funny.

Hi CsGuy,

Are you the primary applicant ??/ and what is the RPE about.
Please let us know.

Thanks,

SillyMan,

The reason I asked is because just before I left the labor forum, something like this happened there. They stopped processing rir techie labors and started approving non techie labors, even those filed in some cases 9 months after some of the people waiting. And that is the case till today. I was curious if csguy was a techie or if it was just a random pick up of the case papers. Not to say I am not happy for him. Offcourse it is terrific that his case is moving forward, but it would be nice to know more details before jumping up with happiness or going into dispair!

csguy,

We really need to hear from you buddy!
