No Title I think it is not true. My Pd is 7/97 I Filed in Aug 99 . I got FP 7/00 . -rbx

No Title I think your interpretation is only partially correct. My Nd is 8/23/99 but MY EAC 99-248-xxxxx This doesnot fit into your description. If it has to fit, INS has to work on two holidays between 8/9 and 8/23. However, nice try though... -rbx
