PD: Feb\'98 , RD 08/02/99 , ND 08/11/99 , FP 07/20/00 , FP recd. by INS 08/01/00 , Approved : 10/11/00, NO REF
EAC-99-238-5XXXXX
Finally mine and wife case got approved yesterday 10/11 as per automated message . Confimed with IIO also today morning ,She
told me that notice of Approval sent out Yesterday. I called IIO on 10/5 to check status , at that time she told me due to Audit
no files are moving and your case is in "Final Area" but not assigned to any officer and told me to wait for 3-4 weeks more . So it
 looks things are moving .
Any further queries are welcome . I really want to thank all users of this site for sharing therer exp. and thoughts and to Rajiv Khanna
 for maintainig this site as a very useful guide for all of us .

Hello MangoBaby,
Read his original message completely. He said the automated message changed on 10/11. My guess is he is EB2 becaus eof PD and from INDIA.
BTW, MangoBaby is a cool name. Whenever my son (11months) old is eating his mango fruit, I\'m remembering this name.

I live in NJ , category EB2 , Country INDIA .
Yes , I got the news first from automated message yesterday that "your case approved on October 11.. "
Then today 10/12 morning I called IIO and she confirmed me that approval notice was mailed to me Yesterday .
