Interpretation of EAC#; EAC-99-xxx-?????

Just Interpreted EAC# based on the approvals. Maybe u guys have done it already.

i saw an Aug 05, 1999 ND approval with an EAC# of 99-234-xxxxx
Saw and Aug 09, 1999 ND approval with an EAC# of 99-236-xxxxx

I saw an EAC 99-232-xxxxx with an Aug 03 waiting for approval.

Now here is the interpretation.

Aug 3, 1999 was a Tuesday so all I-485 ND\'s for that day were given the #232.
Aug4, 1999 (Wed) - The #233 ( Wondering if this is the 233rd working day in a year)
Aug5, 1999 (Thur) - The #234
Aug6, 1999 (Fri) - The #235
Aug,7,8 --- Holidays (Sat and Sun)
Aug9, 1999 (mon) - The #236

and so on....

So each day has a mid-EAC# assigned EAC-YY-DAY#-APP#....

I think your interpretation is only partially correct.
My Nd is 8/23/99 but MY EAC 99-248-xxxxx
This doesnot fit into your description. If it has to fit, INS has
to work on two holidays between 8/9 and 8/23.

However, nice try though...
