[485/Waiter]

regarding my AP and I-485. The audit is still going on but they are adjucating cases which were on the officers desks. They are not requesting any new files till audit is done. They are current on Advance Parole.
Standard answer to my question of when my case will be adjucated, takes 16 months, India visa availabilty is backlogged.
One good thing was that the IIO had very pleasant and polite mannerism (whatever its worth!!).

can you please post your PD,RD,ND ,FP so that we can think of whether
16 month delay is legitmate or not. My PD:7/18/97, RD:8/4/99 Nd:8/23/97 Fp:7/18/00

I think the IIO meant 16 months from the date of application (I485). That means Aug 99 ND\'s should get approvals by Dec 2000.
