Still 5/6 months processing time while other local offices are done in 3/4 months. Lot to improve in reducing the processing time. From finger printing to interview date takes over 2/3 monts while other places we see it is done in weeks after the new procedures. St. Paul can do better.

There is one area the present administration can do to increase efficiancy in the N-400 process. The fingerprit is just unnecessar waste of time money and employee resources. All N-400 applicants have been fingerprinted when they applied for green card. The finger prints don't change for life...
It makes no sense to ask for fingerprinting for naturalization process. Before applying for LPR they are finger printed and the finger prints don't change for lifetime. unless USCIS feels it is another opportunity to make some money from the applicant there is no logical reason to continue this...
