For FOIA you should do nothing. I moved after filing the FOIA request, and received the requested documents on my new address - US Postal Service simple forwarded it like any other mail.

The same happened to my 485 case, also filed in March. Maybe they just toppled over the bookcase, and updated dates mean clerks have managed to put everything back.
