I filed my I-485 from Texas in Nov' 02. Moved to Maryland last month...
did not update my address...
INS mailed finger printing notice (appointment date is 6th Oct) to the old address and was returned as not deliverable.
My attorney received another copy and forwarded it to me. My question is can I take the appointment letter and go to the local Baltimore office and get finger printed? what's the process?
also is there a number to call Baltimore ASC?
Thanks
Pilla

The same thing happened to my husband too. He went with the copy the lawyer gave, and, got his FP done without any problems. In our case, the address was not our old one but totally wrong. After the FP was done, the lawyer intimated INS of the address correction. Then , a week or two later, we recd. the FP notice to the current address, which was anyway not required.

Thanks Sri.
Since my appointment is on the 6th in Dallas, I am gonna try to go to the Baltimore ASC on Thursday and see if they let me get fingerpritned.... if not I'll fly to Dallas.
Thanks again
Pilla

I've just done my 2nd FPs today. The appointment came from my "old" office (CO) where I did first FPs. I went to the nearest office (NH), a week later after appointment date on the notice. They did fingerprints, no quesion asked about appointment's place and date.
