It says family base application for 485 and/or 765 and/or 131.

You should be getting your interview atleast 9-12 months from the transfer date.
You can apply for the AP/EAD only one month prioe to the expiry of your EAD/AP. You need to pick up the AP/EAD from the local office. They would let you know when to pick it up. You can't just go and pick it up...
Just send it once more by Fedex. Addressed to Office Macy
This would atleast make them remind you of your application. Also specify the A# etc on the cover letter. I think, they forgot about your case. Interview letter clearly asks for all documents, even the proof of penalty, if you have paid...

If you see the trend.... People who's cases are transfered are being called for an interview based on that date. You go and check the thread.
