SRVIMMI I am talking about the time frame mentioned in my Recipt Notice. I don't think BCIS will issue me an receipt notice again stating that it is going to 1200 days etc.... What does your RN say does it say 999 or 1200 or 1500 days ? or have they mentioned any range i.e. between 999...

One of my friend is working on EAD for the last two years. He is planning to get married in India. Is it possible for him to apply for AOS for his wife. Since he does not have H1 , how can his wife come to US. ? Is there is any way he can get his wife to US ? What are his options ?

Contact your local office and explain them that your EAD is expiring . My guess is they may issue another temp EAD for six months. ** Please don't take this as an legal advice **

PP sent on oct 28 SL recieved on Oct 30th. A long wait for 3 months for PP stamping. Also waiting for GC approval( case pending for over 21 months) . Curiuos to know which one will come first.

Bunty, For revalidation of VISA in USA do you have to send your pay stub etc. ? Also I am curious to know what does revalidation date is approaching mean? Did you get H1 extension or is your company applying for it ?

I am not surprised. This is expected. None of the issues that BCIS deal with effect US citizens. Hence they take their own sweet time.
