Salary inconsistency and revalidation

I am approching the date for my H1B revalidation in a couple of months. The salary amount that was mentioned during the first H1B filing is considerably less than my current salary (cause I got a few raises). Is this an issue when I go for revalidation? Is there something I should do before I apply for revalidation of my H1B?

Can you please elaborate on that answer? Will it not be a problem during H1B revalidation if my current salary is different from the one when I was hired?

If your current salary is lower that what is spcified in your LCA, then you will be in trouble. If it is more, then you should be OK.

I appreciate your reply. Has someone here in this forum been in a similar situation? Please post your experiences and/or comments. Thank you.

Bunty,

For revalidation of VISA in USA do you have to send your pay stub etc. ?

Also I am curious to know what does revalidation date is approaching mean?
Did you get H1 extension or is your company applying for it ?

As such having more salary than what is mentioned in the LCA application usually is not a problem I am in the similar situation but here is the catch.
If the difference is too much example what you are getting is 2x of what was mentioned in the LCA application then there could be a issue. Since what this implies is that your job profile has changed which means that a new LCA application needs to be filed or your current LCA application needs to be amended.

In my case the the lawyer filed a amendment for my H1.
