Joe, That's interesting !!!. You have a good suggestion for all trying to withdraw. My SL dt is 29Th July and DC 25th Aug and travel date 14th Nov. I'm trying to hang in there !!!! XrajeshX, I guess U will definitely get it as well long before ur travel date.

Rico, There is a big mystery for PP's sent to SL after July 24th. Mine was received on July 29 in SL. They told me it was received in DC on Aug 8th. Now they are telling me that it was received on Aug 25th !!!!. So if you see something strange happening, don't be surprised.

Yes U can My H1 expires in march 2003. I filed for my 485 on Oct 29( RD), left to india in first week Nov, got FP notice in First week Dec, came back to US on 13th Dec. No problems. I just used my H1B Visa to get back. I don't even have a 485 receipt notice yet

Guys, I cant believe this. My ND for i140 was on Oct 1 ( Vermont) Filed I485 in Oct. RD/PD Oct 29. Left to India on vacation. Got FP notice for 12/18/2002. Haven't got Receipt notice. Came back to US on 13th Dec Checked my 140 and it says it was approved on Dec 5th. Wow What's happening.
