I was tired of waiting for 485 results and the risk associated with not applying for EAD 90 days prior to the expiration. I applied for renewal on 29th Dec. My Current EAD expires APRIL

My message was changed to "On December 18, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283." Nothing after that also my case is missing from...

Recieved a letter from USCIS saying they recieved address change and that I must submit AR-11 form to London KY office or the case may be delayed. I have mailed the form 15 days back. How will I know if they recieved it?? :confused: :confused: :confused:

got an email yesterday "On December 18, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283" LUD Changed again today

I did not do a status inquiry. I did change my address on 4th December and my LUD had changed 3 times since that :confused:

this is the 4th time since fingerprinting that the LUD has changed. No change in message. What does that mean?? :confused:

Just checked my I-140 approval notice. It says my priority date is Dec 12 2001. How will this impact me. I am guessing that I am safe :)
