I was wondering what do i fill in AR-11

I am in US AS:?????
If not a Permanant Resident, My Stay in the US Expires on?

My Current Status is
LC approved Nov 2003
Advance Parol Approved April 2004
EAD approved April 2004
I-140 RD 8th Dec2003 Approved AUG 2004
1FP -6th Nov 2004

That field makes sense for someone on Visa. In your case, you can write "N/A (AOS - I485 Applicant)". Thats what my lawyer advised.

IMO,
No. You can continue staying in US as long as your 485 is pending. What EAD gives you is the ability to work (and get paid). Even if your EAD expires, you can continue staying.

Thanks for the responses but I am still not very clear
