RFE on 9/14 for RD 11/29/00 In my opinion, you guys can go ahead and get medically xamined and don\'t wait for your wife\'s RFE. Send it right away and let IIO know that you have send it for you and spouse. I also got a RFE, but don\'t know the nature of it. Good Luck.

No Title I thought whenever you use EAD, your H1 is no more valid. I guess you need to switch to EAD and could work on both places. Correct me if I\'m wrong.

No Title I saw one posting about CP denied case. It seems employer has more power even if 140 has been approved. Any comments on that thread.

No Title Yes you are right, they can only withdraw I-140\'s. I\'m not sure what are the consequences of withdrawing 140 on 485s. What if the guys never applied for EAD with 485 as in my company\'s case, the guys didn\'t have EADs and there H1 were cancelled. Ilnow its confusing, beats me...
