Did Anyone get approved with employment letter only after RFE?

Hi folks,

I need some advice from you guys, as some people would know I got a RFE about employment letter, W2 and pay stubs for the last 6 months.
I was let go from my company 6 weeks before the RFE. No luck in finding a job yet, but one company is saying they will hire me after I get my GC approval.
My Q? Is this letter enough for the approval? OR Do I need to have a job (and some pay stubs) to get approval?
Also, Do they check what kind of company is offering job?

Any real experience of yours or friends would really help.

Your best bet is to go to the best lawyer you can find in town. It is a pretty simple case but make sure you have a reputable lawyer. Good luck.
