Need Help, RFE issued on 9/14/01

Hi Guys,

PD 05/28/98, RD 11/02/00, ND 11/29/00 RFE 9/14/01.

Rfe is issued in my case, not recieved yet. We don\'t know about the nature of RFE yet. Also, I\'ve been let go from my company, still looking for Job, no luck yet.

I have some Q? to ask and would really appreciate the help.

1. If this RFE is for employment, could we use last employment letter from the campany and pay stubs?
OR
Do we need to show them that I\'m working (with any employer). Only employment letter is enough or new pay stubs are MUST?

2.Should we respond right away with whatever I have
OR
Wait and try to get job and then apply?

As RFE is not yet recieved by the lawyers, I guess it will be there within this week.Then, we\'ll have some time to respond. Any idea, how much time do they allow?

Also, guys if you could help with any job oppurtunities, I\'d really appreciate.

You should be able to show current paystubs to prove that you are still employed with the same employer or with a job in a similar classification using AC21.

If you are unemployed now then see how long they have given you to respond to RFE and try to get a job and then respond.

Do they give a timeline with RFE or not?
