    No Title Thanks guys, Seems to be i am not too late on EAD, its just i am behind 10 days. I am also from San Jose, AVM says "Application rcvd on Jan 7th". I applied EAD by myself, so no chance of taking help from lawyer.

    No Title RM_CSC is correct, its not too late, if you have April, May pay checks, send them immediately. You are in safe side. Good Luck.

    October approvals

    No Title Approvals might start from May 3rd week to sanjose people. None of the sept mailers from sanjose got their approvals yet. Only Aug mailers from sanjose are getting approvals now. My best bet will be May 3rd week.
