then, how do i withdraw EAD? RFE is for approved 140, 485 receipts, marriage certificates, and there are lot other, i didn't understand most of them like I-797 application.. etc.. Our lawyer send us a note "this ends our services on your case". sillyman, EAD doesn't say anything about 485...

Passport Stamped Rcvd approval notices on 08/03. Passport stamped today at San jose office. No questions were asked. They took, I-94, EAD, AP. Went there at 7:30 am and we are back by 9:30am. Officer told us that the card will arive in 6 to 10 months. Thanks to all, for good suggestions...

our collegue got interview from Sanjose within a month. Rd: Sept FP: 04/04 Don't know when it is transfered. but he rcvd interview notice in June, approved on July 29th(same day).

I am pissed!!! Everyday checking AVM, checking the forum, not many approvals, and that to site changed. It is literally taking one year for Adjustment of Status without RFE/Interview. I am afraid, by the time they touch October cases PD might go back.
