maybe he came here on a family based GC and then after living here for five years he ago his citizenship...why doesn't the media tell us how he was able to get into this country
Why do I have a feeling that the CSC processing time will now move backwards ::cool:
I vote to keep silly man as the moderator:D granted sometimes his jokes are kinda corny but it still makes me laugh and keeps things light-hearted in such stressful times(well atleast for me).
I sent a fax 21/2 weeks ago with no response. I sent two emails, one two weeks ago and one today and you guessed it...no freaking response!!
stillwaitinganw,
what was your seond RFE issued for? I am in a similar boat. My "RFE received" is getting close to 6 months..
in that case it would be the same as not receiving RFE or FP notices. I guess it's important to keep checking your status messages and keep calling them up if you don't receive your notices. I didn't receive my RFE from the INS for a month and I kept calling them up until they sent it out again.
guowx,
are you sure FP's show up as RFE's? I recall someone on this board saying that they show up as FP's on the status message
stillwaitinganw,
please let us know what exactly you get
that's means no approvals in the 02-046 series for the last 3 weeks...anyways thanks SM for the updates even though I feel dissapointed after every one
I am still confused. What checks are they talking about?
Shouldn't the checks happen once they get our fingerprints? For a lot of us who have expired FP's don't they need to redo our FP's to start the check ing process again...
temporal,
My RFE was the usual, W-2's, EVL, tax returns and I am with the same company. My fp's have already expired and I am still waiting for FP redo notices.
I talked to an IIO at the national service center today and told her that my I-484 has been for pending for 16 months and I...
I have replied to a RFE and the status message says that it takes between 160-180 days to process this kind of case. I replied to the RFE in december and it's getting pretty close to 160 days
Is there anyone else out there who has replied to an RFE and has been waiting for more than 180 days...
Why are those guys being f****** assholes. Why are they approving '02 cases when all the '01 cases are still pending. Don't the freaking checks apply to people who applied in 2002?
Why can't we all f****** get along. I am just sick of all the personal attacks that have been going on lately.
ECGC,
There are people who are taking time to do some work. If you have any specific questions about some data that is being posted, please address it to the guy who posted it...
Good luck!!
I don't think you need any more documents than that are mentioned in the approval notice...don't try to confuse those people more than what they already are:D :D
did you have to redo your FP's? If you redid your FP's can you tell us what date you got the notice?
generally the online msg will change to something like this
"This case has been approved. On March xx, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an...
