In Murthy forum couple of guys got rejected because they did not attend AOS interview as they did not get any interview notice contrary to BCIS claims.
Post office or BCIS screwed up
This is disgusting:mad: :mad:
 
Hmmm...what about the online messages and the AVMs for those guys. Did they reflect that the interview notices were sent?
 
I would guess

they would only say "case transferred blah blah.." and even if they said interview notice sent and you don't receive it, you would never know what the interview/date time is.
 
in that case it would be the same as not receiving RFE or FP notices. I guess it's important to keep checking your status messages and keep calling them up if you don't receive your notices. I didn't receive my RFE from the INS for a month and I kept calling them up until they sent it out again.
