FP-No need of Passport. I did my 2nd FP without passport in San Jose ASC,no problem. You just need to take your DL,should be fine. May be you can take a photo copy of your passport but never asked. I had the same problem ,i send my passport to St.Louis for h visa stamping. bigshot.

did you file EAD? Hope that you applied for EAD separately....The current processing date in CSC is Jan04.

yes yes,i checked my h1 status by calling the 800 number and it says 'approved'. the website says,'not found'. good,atleast h1 ext. is approved. bigshot.

same here for h1 ext. From this morning,i am also seeing the same msg(status not found) for my h1 extension which i filed on Feb28th,03 but no change in 485 msg though.... bigshot.

This is NOT my WAC and i been told that this case has been approved! I don't know any details about this case either.... my ND is 01/30/02.

H1B extension while AOS pending. I have my AOS pending(RD:01/02) and my employer has extended my H1 too! I am wondering wheather your wife case also similar.... anyhow if you could post the reason for H1 rejection,it will be useful for lot of us. details like, RD/ND, location,etc...

24months is reasonable! I think the 24months is very reasonable given the current rate of approval. My RD is Jan31,2002 and i am expecting my approval only next spring,2004. bigshot.
