[Feedback]EAD expiration & AC 21.

Folks,
my status :
485,RD/ND-Jan02.
2nd EAD expires on 06/08/04.
3rd filed on 03/11/04.

Now,I got an interview from a startup and Since I didn't apply for my EAD extension before 90days & what will happen if I join the new company and my EAD extension don't get approved before 06/08?

out of status/problems,etc....?

EAD expiration has nothing to do with your status. As long as your 485 remains unadjudicated you are in status. If you dont get ur ead by 06/08 you can take vacation for few days so that you will be eligible for interim ead(which you can get on the same day) . Good luck for your interview

Initially i was little concerned of the week gap btn current EAD expiration and the iEAD which I can get around 2nd week of June...
