PA department of Transportation (PENNDOT) will not issue drivers license if you cannot provide documentary evidence of your legality of stay in US for atleast one year. They are not willing to accept the pending AOS plea nor the EAD, if expiry is under a year. I was told to get a letter...

expired figer printing-(15months right?) We did our first fingerprinting on 19th of March 2002. So I guess it expired on 18 of June. Thus far we have not received any notice requiring a 2nd fingerpriting. WAC-02-033-5XXXX
