All nov 2001 filers What does your online message say? Mine still says " your application was recieved on nov 14th. it is taking about 999 days........." . I did my fingerprint on march 3 2003. The message has not changed till now. Any one with similar experience.

After trying for a long time with god's grace I got a chance to connect with delhi consulate. I got my case number and he said my interview will be in January.

mine is sep 29th 3rd ead and AP no approval yet.

Long Waiting period for 485 itself is a reason that you can mention in the hardship letter. more reasons more better.

gbittu.... could u please tell me how long did it take for you to get a confirmation from delhi consulate saying that they have accepted your case. How did you get the case number? My packet 3 (ac i140 )was received by the consulate on sep 29 th and no response till now.
