Guess If NSC I-140 in 34 days then I-485 in _ _Days Okay ....if NSC makes new record by approving I-140 in 34 days then guess in how many days they will approve I-485. If it is not affected my retrogression. Please let your guess in number of days.

sorry to say but if u r using EAD and ur I140 got denied then you are in troble. try to use your h1 as back. you can reopen ur I-140 if you have left the company and company is not suporting you then u are in bad shape. but hope for the best and think positive and ur I140 clear then there is...

Your first lawyer is correct...........i think its better wait for I 140 to get clear and then use ur EAD

its based on the both things.....but more on the Receipt Date . there is also one more thing which play very imp role that is ur luck........by the way what r ur RD for I 140
