No Title I am on the same boat. But my lawyer is still fighting with INS not to file an I 140 redo for his clients since the TAXid is same. INS recieved the on Aug 11 and still pending for review by IIO. My guess is I have to file I140 again. Does anyone seen any 485 approvals after I 140 redo
