Any comsys got I 140 redo approval

Hi Guys,

Was your I-140 re-do a response to an RFE or was it like my situation, where the lawyer first sent the un-convincing reply of
federal tax-id being the same and later upon my insistence and pushing other buttons filed a new I-140 ?

Still waiting for the I-140 Redo approval. EAC#01003*****. Spoke to an
IIO on 11/6. They had my file in the regular pile. She had to request it to be pulled under I140 redo bunch. Called Again on 11/17, IIO told that it will take 4 to 6 weeks and also asked me refer by A# number and not by EAC# for I 140 redo. By the way recpt date for my I-140 Redo was 10/4/00.
As 11/2, Lawyers Office(JS) told that they had not received any approvals for the 10/4 bunch.
Hope u guys out there can add any of ur experience or comments...

My I140 redo is pending since 10/13 (EAC-01-009).

Have you filed in response to RFE or before RFE?

Hi Comsys/Metamor,

Atlast my RFE for I140 Redo was approved on 11/22/00. EAC # 01003XXXXX.
What will be the next step of action?. This was amendment to RFE issued on Sep17.

TailPiece::: I had to talk to the IIO to get my file pulled from the regular bunch.

Got RFE on Sep 28, 2000.
Applied for I-140 redo on Oct 20, 2000 & package delivered to INS on Oct 21, 2000.
Got I-140 receipt now, with RD Oct 29, 2000 & ND Nov 14, 2000.

Obviously, WAITING....

Just found out that my amended I-140 is approved but my I-485 message says same old thing RFE response received on 22nd November.
I-140 RD 9/28/00 and ND 10/05/00 Apporved date 11/30/00
