No Title Poorna is right Prince. Go to any Notary along with your original passport and the photocopies. Notary will look at every original and on the corresponding copy, write " certified that this is a true copy of the original". Then she willsign and put a seal (raised not rubber)...

Just spoke to an IIO. My amended I140 was filed in last week of April. Per IIO, it is not in the system as they are still opening mail received on 4/23-24. So the wait continues......
