WISC SESA updates One of the guys in my firm whose PD is Dec 11th has been approved at Wisconsin SESA and sent to Chicago DOL last week. Also came to know that now only one FLC analyst is working on all the SESA cases at Madison, Wisconsin. So it effectively means, more delays!!!

spark - my $0.02: it is like this ..at first the LC application is sent to state SESA office, and upon review and clearance by them it will be sent to DOL. Now this 'review and clearance' includes checking the veracity of the position advertised by teh firm, applicability of the candidates...

guys heard that subs labor 140 apps are being subjected to very deep scrutiny. esp in calif center. i remember seeing some cases go that way ..some linux guy i guess. i also saw rajiv responding to his S.O.S after denial. So be very cautious if you are putting ur eggs in the subs labout basket...

extension H1 approved receipt date: Feb 11th 2004. Approval date: March 31 2004. The INS tracker site is not updated yet, my attorney faxed me the H1 approval notice. --thanks

my PD my priority date is march 26th 2004 - RIR. gc_wisc ..we are very much in the same date range. So pls keep posting the progress.

caught from the grapevine that one of the 2 FLC analysts in wisc, madison has been out on medical reasons for abt a month and is back in biz now. lets see if things improve from now on.

Filed petition around 24th march. My attorney despatched the petition around march 24th. Employer is based out of Madison, WI (HQ is in Madison). IT firm, 60+ employees, $5.5mn+ turnover. Continuosly giving ads to maintain RIR status. Added some of my extra skills on their march 1 ad too...
