    No Title Really... If the employer really revokes 140 then who is going to rescue. It\'s going to be a big mess and your company lawyer is not going to help you. May be I am wrong here. This is just my view.

    No Title AVM...is right. You may be checking EAD case#. Try and make sure you are checking 485.

    Please Advice

    No Title you shld start appl. at VSC 3-4 months before the expiry. In case you won\'t get it with in 90 days you can goto local INS and they give you an EAD. VSC takes 60-90 days according their AVM.

    No Title affidavits are not going to work without \'Non-Availability certificate\' You hv to get this from \'Municipal corporation\'. The guy who issues this knows about it. Pay him some money and get it.
