2nd FP done Jan 2004 - RFE generated June 14th Replied June 21st - LUD updated On June 24th we received RFE............Then case went missing for a few days then re-appeared on July 3rd with the weird June 27th message............

WAC02139***** This message has been appearing on alot of cases. (It appeared on mine on 7/3) I telephoned CIS this AM and was informed that it meant it had been transferred to another office for adjudication. So hopefully it will mean approval soon :rolleyes:

this is just personal curiosity, I don't understand why a British has to suffer the pain, can't you guys just enter USA whenever you want? Why is a greencard so important to you? If I had a British passport, I would not think too much about greencard.Is that just becuase the work authorization ...

Just received via e-mail than an RFE has been sent. Case status also updated. Started this process January 1998. Haven't been able to return to England in all that time. Will responde immediately so hopefully the green card should be here soon. WAC02139*****
