Congratulations!!! Seems the last name is playing some role in the TSC processing quene. I have very similar case RD/ND with yours. I got approved recently and my last name starts Z. Too bad for us if the last name is a factor to delay our processing time! Bad last name, bad luck!

Congratulations!!! Try to forget the pain and recover from the suffer soon. I am trying to do the same thing but the damage due to the whole process is just too deep. I think time will change this and make us happier and happier!

www.immigration-law.com just released the lastest I-485 processing time for TSC. It advanced one month 10/01/00 comparing to last month. Slowly but at least moving.

I-485 approved without FP is normal in TSC Based on my expereice, there are at two more folks who got I-485 approvals without FP from TSC. So I consider his approval as normal! :) TSC???? --- Beyond believable!

You can even without EAD. The answer is yes, of course. With EAD, you even can work for your company. Anybody can start a company which has nothing to do with your EAD.

I talked to IIO before and was told my case with officer. Call again two weeks later, was told it was with Supervisor. One lady also promised me that she will call me back, of course, she did not. This is American, Liar, Liar.... (I should say, for them, they do not feel they are lying...
