FP issued to people with pending I-140!

Only possible in TSC. From e-nairobi tracker:

ID: BANUREKA and CNCOOLD (ND: 9/13/02 & 8/29/02)

Their FPs have been scheduled, with pending I-140. What's next?
Bin Laden getting finger printed for GC by TSC?

I found these info on msn and posted it on the tracker.

How about la-z-boy, he got his approval without FP!!!! I have also posted this on the tracker. His original posts are on the msn forum.
 
I-485 approved without FP is normal in TSC

Based on my expereice, there are at two more folks who got I-485 approvals without FP from TSC. So I consider his approval as normal! :)

TSC???? --- Beyond believable!
