My ND is July 1st. We did our 2nd FP on Jan 15th! State: CT. Center: Hartford. It was scheduled for 15th and done on 15th. MY EAD is expiring in July. Should I be applying for 3rd EAD?

DEC01 I have had friends who took the certificate just before going to 485 and made it to their GC without problem. But to remove any doubts, you could get the affidavits while you wait for 140.
