looks like today is a INS holiday in respect of Martin Luther king the American Ambedkar

Just joking please dont take it seriously....Just thought i could lighten everybody ....from the pressure of 140 approval...
 
Is it moving..................?

Nothing seems to be moving at INS. I haven\'t noticed even a single approval in past few days...(actually weeks)

Is INS not moving or is it just our friends, who decided not to post some recent developments :)

Any idea........?

I 140 processing time

Can anyone tell me how much time will it take to get my I 140 approved. My RD is 12/13/2001 and ND is 12/19/2001 and my category is
EB3.

I have been following the postings for 140 approvals since Dec 1...
what i noticed is that...There is no set timeframe for approval.
But 75 to 80 % cases since October have been getting approved within
2 months.

a going by that info and seeing some postings,i saw approvals with ND
27th Nov as the latest and approved a week back.

Some how VSC has slowed down a bit on 140\'s ...lets hope for the best.

Some of the others and me have been waiting since 1st week of dec.
Yesterday there were approvals for OLD RFE cases ( i saw atleast two postings),but no new approvals ..unless the guys did not yet check the Phone system and update the posting.
 
Nov I140 Still pending (EAC-02-036-XXXXX)

I have been reading the messages for the last two weeks. It seems there are quite a few approvals in November. But mine is still pending. My ND is Nov 13th (EAC-02-036-xxxxx) So far no RFE or no approval. I hope it will come soon !!!!!!!!

Yes,u are right..,it seems old RFE\'s are getting cleared..
I hope we should get thru in following days..
Is there any site to track I-140 approvals..

Also, have u applied for PCC??
I had also written a personal mail to gopal(in cptracker)asking him about changes in PACKET-3.
His PACKET-3 is still with attorney and he would be posting information about PACKET-3 in this board..

I opted for AOS/485 and not CP,hence have not researched the CP procedures at all.
ABout site to track 140\'s the only one i know is : instrack.sce.net or .org
there are other sites but they are for TSC and NSC ...
 
December NDs

Hi guys, anybody got approved from December NDs? December 3rd should be the first business day with EAC 02-048-xxxxx or EAC 02-049-xxxxx. Let us solve the puzzle!
 
Does employee need to sign I-140 before sending to INS ?

Hi everybody,

Hope you can help me with my question.
My HR office reported to me that they sign all necessary documents
related to I-140 petition and sent it back lawyer to file with INS.
My question is do I have to sign any of those documents ?
In first step (LC) I remember I was signing some of them.

Does any one know if one can apply with an expired I-94. I filed for an extension few weeks
ago. Can I use the ins receipt to prove my valid status or do I have to wait for the approval notice?
