gc2006, pls clarify on the extn part- if the labor thro perm is approved and u file for 140/485, then can u not apply for extension (hv just under 1 yr on h1) as 140/485 is pending? or i shld hope for atleast the 140 to be approved withing that period too inorder to apply for extn. regds

Sree, thx for ur reply. Nsc is rejecting people even under eb3 for edu. my lawyer filed me under eb3 just some time before we got the denial for the eb2. so i now have 140 under eb3 on the same labor. my PD on the labor is 11/19/03. In my rfe they never mentioned regd this case not being...

Folks, I just wanted to know regd I140 experiences at TSC. Bascially NSC has been very strict and unfair to folks who hv BS degrees in India as they are 3 yr degrees. Nor are they looking at other diplomas (associate degrees over here) and work experience that could be applied. In the US...

does it really matter? u have a MS which is more than BS? why shld u be rejected. i thought that its always the underqualified ones need to worry abt? regds

yessssss do it!! dont waste time in filing 485/ead etc its suppose to retrogress in Sep but not sure yet. usually INS sends out email 15 days adv announcing suchthings to the lawyer ( i was told)
