No Title I am May ND waiting. (RD april)

Bhagwan, Jony Lever, Qn for you Someone posted there are only 20 April RD cases pending. But "mighty count" list says only 32 out of 70 april RD are approved. Do you know which is correct? My RD is 4/16, ND 5/29, FP done (11/17). Waiting for Approval.

On my FP notice, I saw that there are two dates mentioned. One is Received Date (RD) which is correct on the FP notice. The other one is Priority Date. (On my I-485 receipt, this PD is correctly mentioned as Aug 2000, which is when the 485 was filed. That is the PD, when you first filed the 485...

No Title Jony Lever, I think you misunderstood. It is 120 days from ND, But, it used to be 120 days from RD. I think from Sep28, they changed to 120 days from ND. Someone correct me if I am wrong in this interpretation.
