Received FP notice today .. Received FP notice today from Phily Office, scheduled on 4/6/02 for myself and my wife. And today only I received the AP for my wife.

You have to find out ..... You have to find out if your local INS office process EAD cards, if they dont then you have to send it to VSC.

Received EAD card for Wife No update for AP for her!

Deve.. I checked the AVM 2/8 as the RFE was replied by my lawyer on 2/5 and there was no update for RFE ... I again checked back on monday i.e 2/11 but there was no update for the RFE (whether they received it or not..) On this Friday I checked again and this time the message was CASE APPROVED!

EAD approved for Wife after getting RFE RFE issued on 1/28 & replied on 2/5 and approved on 2/14 Waiting for the card now!

Well right now I don\'t know what is the RFE about! I never expected an RFE for the Photo as I got it done by INS approved photographer! But we never know! lets wait and see what RFE comes in the notice! I will update this thread when I will receive it...
