Receipt/EAD Tracker DECEMBER - 2001!!!!***

Or any new update in her case?
I have checked my AVM for my wife\'s AVM still not updated(RFE replied on 2/5)
 
no, I didnt , hearing same msg on avm as below

heard AVM saying " Recd the evidence or material requested , for this type of case it takes normally 60-90days , but since the original process
    being done initially , now it may take 90(YES , that\'s correct) days , please talk to IIO if your case ..blah , blah , ....

    1. heard on Jan17th about rfe - recd rfe on Jan 25
    2. Mailed on fed Ex on 1/30 -- INS Recd them on same day
    3. Heard AVM on Feb 4th (the above blah ..blah.)

AP Approved 01/28/02 recieved in mail 02/02/02.
EAD Approved 02/8/02 Waiting for the cards to arrive in mail.
FP Still Waiting for FP notice

AVM Updated. They issued FP notice on 2/13 for me and my wife.

MD: 12/19, RD: 12/20, ND: 1/4.
EAD got approved 1/25.
AP: RFE for photo\'s for both. sent couple of days back.
state: AR.

Me and my wife got our EAD cards. Refer to the message 151.

RFE issued on 1/28 & replied on 2/5 and approved on 2/14

I checked the AVM 2/8 as the RFE was replied by my lawyer on 2/5 and there was no update for RFE ...
I again checked back on monday i.e 2/11 but there was no update for the RFE (whether they received it or not..)
On this Friday I checked again and this time the message was CASE APPROVED!

Thanks for the quick response. My lawyer sent it out on 4th and on 8th it gave me the message received and till yesterday it is stuck with the same old message....Hope I get something moved this week....

I too recd Rfe for my wife and sent on 1/31 and checked AVM and found that MSG changed to Recd on Jan 4th blah .blah .till yesterday , no approval.

Anyway to know what\'s going on with the rfe approvals.. I am also still waiting. But for my 140 the AVM did not change as approved but the approval notice reached my lawyer, so may be we directly get the cards....

I don\'t know what critirea INS follows in deciding the RFE cases..
May be it depends on what type of RFE you get ( or may be it doesn\'t matter at all)
Well I was just expecting the AVM to update for the RFE and I found out the case Approved msg..
VSC is doing pretty fast as far as EAD & AP is concerned ..so I hope you should get an update this week!

RD date : 12/27/2001
ND Date : 1/11/2002
EAD was already approved around 2/5/2002
Waiting for FP..
