After FP, in a couple of months, AVM should change to rcvd "FP results and processing resumed" - This means FP is ok. Then just wait for the approval!

VSC is processing MAR/APR/MAY/JUN 2001 RD cases. So we\'ve to wait for a few months...

BTW andromeda, can you post your details?

Received FP notice.

Received FP notice in mail yesterday.Schedule date is 3/30/2002.I stay in Westchester,New York.I am going to New Rochelle INS center for FP.. I have one question.My wife is in India and is coming back on 3/31/2002.. Is it okay we go on 1st April instead of 30th March.I heard it takes long time to get another FP date if I reschedule the FP.So without rescheduling,can I go on 1st April..

Usually FP centers have a day or two in a week when we can walk-in for upto 2 months after the scheduled FP date. I am in IL. My FP is scheduled for tomorrow but I am going on Saturday 03/09. After getting the FP notice I went to the FP center and told them that I wouldn\'t be able to make on 03/06. They asked me to come on any wednesday or saturday after the scheduled FP date (for upto 2 months). And it won\'t require any official re-scheduling of FP.

I would suggest that you go to the FP center and find out on which day you can go there with your wife.

My RD is 12/26 and ND is 1/8..and I am also expecting FP form Philly.

Scheduled for 4/6 for myself and my wife. Also received the pending AP for my wife.

as per instructions in the FP notice you need to re-schedule if you can not make on the INS specified date. if you do not request for another date I think the case gets abandoned(please clarify this) and probablt 485 needs to be filed again. unfortunately its a dicy situation for you. I think you have 2 options : 1. re-schedule 2. tell your wife to come back before 30th.
re-scheduling may take longer time is not always true.

AVM Updated - FP review received and processing resumed..

Checked the AVM - They received FP review notice on 10th April and processing resumed. I had gone for FP on 6th April.
