that was local center, its not same as NSC approving. But check out LIN0208150511 this is jan 23rd approval.

Guys, have we made a huge mistake by going for AOS instead of CP? I was browsing thru cp treads and it looks like people who had applied in mid 2002's have already got their approvals. any comments?

My I140 was approved in may 2001, After that I applied for 485 and am still waiting to har something from INS (NSC). Can someone pls tell me how much time it takes for CP cases after I140 stage?

It seems INS is taking us for a ride. There have been no approvals for the last 2 months (atleast in NSC). So when people start pressuring them about whether there is a freeze, they say problems have been resolved and approve a few cases. But in reality it looks like they are out to screw us.
