user "MJ" (LIN-02-154-xxxxx) has posted their approval on rupnet today, with an RD of 03/20/2002 and ND of 04/08/2002.

MJ, if you are a visitor of this forum, could you please give us some more details of your case? was it an age-out expedite? some incredible stroke of good luck? or what?
 
could be a dependent.
eg. original petitioner applied earlier (sometime in 2001) got married and applied for spouse, whose RD was 3/20/2002.

This seems like a most likely scenario in my opinion.
 
Priority Date is 03/11/02 and RD is 03/20/02

Is it possible?Isn't the priority date the date you apply for your labor?
What will be the priority date in cases where labor approval is not required?

when all EB priority dates became current, it was the early practice of the service centers (at least of NSC) to repeat the RD under PD (nowadays PD is being left blank). so either the PD should be the same as RD, or WAY earlier.

maybe MJ is just sitting back and enjoying all the trouble they seem to have stirred up. what do you think?
