I don't know exactly, but according to my point. If what you said is true, then Since INS know your leaving, they should know your back. If they do not know your leaving, how come they hold your processing.

I did my FP one month earlier than the scheduled date in El Monte, and got my FP results two days later.

Just for FP stuff, calling IIO seems NO helpful at all. Call FBI and check your FP over there then do Fax inquiry. FBI number 304-625-5590 option 4
