I gave finger prints at San Jose on July 20th. So far, the AVM is not updated. Any ideas how long it will take?. Is there any way I can follow up?.

AVM not updated after finger prints

I did my FP on June 18th and the AVM updated last week.
Just verify that the FP is sent to the INS from the FBI by calling the FBI liason office; I dont have the number handy, so if you need, post again; If you have to, call the INS IIO and ask for status; Dont worry, updates (or non-updates) on AVM do not reflect how fast/slow your adjudication will happen.

Good site. My AVM says "One June xxx results of your FP received ... etc. Does it mean that FBI completed all my background checks? Or, INS will again request FBI to check my background once an adjudicating officer picks up my case?
