Did anybody (EB3 and not current PD but I485 filed) call USCIS? Now it is Jan 2005 and EB3 PD is Jan'2002. This information may be useful for the persons who are on RFE stage and having above condition. We should know how/what they are telling us?

Normally doctors have that with them. You just get printed those forms and check with the doctors if he/she uses all of them.
